Vaccinated people are spreading COVID to other vaccinated, as well as unvaccinated, people.

So employers and schools requiring testing of unvaccinated persons would seem to be taking an exactly backwards approach.
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=employers+requiring+unvaccinated+to+be+tested+frequently&t=hy&va=g&ia=web

It has been firmly established since near the beginning of the pandemic that unvaccinated persons cannot transmit COVID-19 unless they have symptoms.

The vaccine makers readily admit and the reality is, that vaccinated persons cannot only become infected by COVID-19, but can also become asymptomatic (symptom-free) carriers, as well as transmitters of COVID-19 to both vaccinated as well as unvaccinated individuals.
Scientists: Fully vaccinated carry 251 times the delta Covid viral load in their nostrils than they did when carrying the alpha strain

"Additionally, the studies from the US, the UK and Singapore demonstrated that vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals infected with SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant carried the same amounts of the virus in their respiratory tracts, with a faster viral clearance rate observed in vaccinated people (according to the study from Singapore)."

So who presents a greater danger to whom? The answer to that question would seem obvious since the unvaccinated person presents no danger whatsoever to their fellow employees or students or family unless they are symptomatic, while the vaccinated person presents an ever-present and around-the-clock danger to vaccinated as well as unvaccinated persons around them, because they could be passing along COVID at any moment in time without even being aware that they have contracted the disease.

I would very much appreciate it if someone could bring a reasoned argument that refutes these simple matters of fact. This is all that needs to be known to understand that vaccinated persons are more dangerous when it comes to spreading COVID than unvaccinated persons. If any group, the vaccinated are the group that should be subjected to repeated testing, since that's the only way to know if they are infected.

While vaccine makers (falsely?) claimed an over 90% reduction in hospitalization or symptomatic infection of vaccinated persons, the percentage claims range widely in regard to vaccinated persons becoming infected without symptoms. Vaccinated persons were about half to one quarter as likely to become infected with COVID, as unvaccinated persons.

But that was at full vaccine efficacy against the original Alpha strain of COVID, before immunity began to wane. Since we have now seen the surprising initiation of booster recommendations, even shrinking from 8 months down to 6 months, it would seem reasonable to conclude that vaccine efficacy is shrinking steadily throughout those few months. This seems to be increasingly confirmed by headlines such as:
64% of Israel’s COVID-19 patients in serious condition are fully vaccinated
40% of new COVID patients were vaccinated VS 1% who had been infected previously
U.K. - symptomatic COVID is up 40% in vaccinated, while down 22% in unvaccinated

"Aug. 5, 2021 -- Fully vaccinated people still face considerable risks for contracting COVID-19, according to a new study published Wednesday by Imperial College London.
At the same time, they were three times less likely to test positive for the coronavirus than unvaccinated people."
https://www.webmd.com/vaccines/covid-19-vaccine/news/20210805/study-says-those-vaccinated-still-face-risk-of-covid-19
Given that testing was uniform (and not subjecting tests of unvaccinated to more repetitions to push the volume of positives), vaccinated people have about 33% of the risk of getting COVID that unvaccinated people do, and in general will have milder symptoms.

But does that seem worth the risk of taking a chance on completely unknown long term side effects (and pretty disastrous short term side effects for many), by volunteering to be a test subject in the trial of an unapproved, experimental, genetically engineered, chemically enhanced, biological agent when "Globally, the survival rate for COVID-19 is 99.8%. Under the age of 70, the survival rate for COVID-19 is 99.97%". But bear in mind that the 0.03% (or 3 out of 10,000) under 70 that died, for the most part were denied early treatment by competent clinicians, which has demonstrated a well over 99% chance of success even in elderly and high-risk patients.

At the same time, previously infected individuals receive robust, broad-based and long lasting immunity to all five COVID-19 proteins and demonstrated immunity to variants, along with perhaps lifelong T cell immunity. "A recent study of 6.3 million Israelis showed that the estimated protection for those already infected was 94.8% from reinfection and 96.4% from severe illness....."
While vaccinated persons receive narrowly focused immunity to a single spike protein, which handily trains the virus to mutate in order to sidestep the vaccine. Vaccine protection has been demonstrated to wane after just months while performing abysmally with variants and produces no T cell immunity whatsoever. While repeated boosters may well develop super-bugs.
"Why mass vaccination amidst a pandemic creates an irrepressible monster"
"..under no circumstances should a COVID recovered patient undergo vaccination."

But the vaccine efficacy mentioned previously was the case until the Delta variant came along. It has been suggested that Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine's effectiveness is down to 42% and Moderna down to 76% at best when it comes to reducing symptomatic infection by the Delta variant, which has rapidly become the dominant strain in the world almost entirely displacing the original Alpha strain of COVID of 2020. An Israel study showed that vaccines drop efficacy 40% per month. So are booster shots little more than vaccine makers dumping unused product into people's arms at taxpayer expense?

Since unvaccinated employees or students only pose a threat to others when they are symptomatic, while vaccinated persons represent a continuous around-the-clock threat to those around them while still having about 1/3 the chance of becoming infected as unvaccinated, the only reason for employers or schools to segregate and subject unvaccinated persons to isolation or increased testing would be harassment, vindictiveness and completely unwarranted punishment, for their having chosen not to become a volunteer test subject in the trial of an unapproved, experimental, genetically engineered, chemically enhanced, biological agent. It could even be an expression of jealousy of pragmatists that have a wait-and-see approach, particularly when it seems we can see the "vaccines" are already in failure.

Simple logic would suggest that if any group, that it is the vaccinated persons that should be subjected to constant repeated testing, since that is the only way to know if a vaccinated person is infected.

Over a million Americans have died completely unnecessary, horrific, deaths from COVID-19. Do you have a plan in place to help your family dodge the average $73,300 COVID hospital bill, through prevention and a $20 EARLY treatment protocol? https://www.covidtreatmentoptions.com/
