Will lawsuits be filed by the survivors of those that were put on ventilators, or for lung damage suffered by those that were, when in their case high flow oxygen is what they should have been given?

Hospitals make more money for every patient diagnosed with COVID, and a lot more money for COVID patients put on ventilators than those that don't.
