Risch estimates the risk of cardiac death from hydroxychloroquine to be 9/100,000 using the data provided by the FDA. That does not seem to be a high risk, considering
the risk of death in an older patient with co-morbidities can be 15 percent or more. Do you consider 9/100,000 to be a high risk when weighed against the risk of death in older patient with co-morbidities?"

15,000 out of 100,000 patients risk of death from COVID-19 in an elderly or high risk patient.
So if we divide 15,000 by 9 we get
a 1667 times greater chance of an elderly or high risk individual
dying of untreated COVID-19 than of a heart related issue caused by hydroxychloroquine+Azithromycin!That would be
.009% risk of heart death from HCQ+AZ, compared to
10-15% risk of COVID-19 death without HCQ+AZ.
